DRIVE THE LEGEND CONTINUES ITS EHRC CAMPAIGN IN ANTIBES

At the Rallye d’Antibes – Côte d’Azur Historic, the third round of the FIA European Historic Rally Championship, Drive The Legend will be represented by Andrea Farmakakis and Giovanni Bernacchini, competing in the iconic Ford Escort RS2000 MKII in the 3rd Category.

The second outing of the season awaits the Drive The Legend crew on the scenic roads of the French Riviera. Andrea Farmakakis and co-driver Giovanni Bernacchini will take on the historic challenge behind the wheel of their legendary Ford Escort RS2000 MKII, as they aim for valuable points in the 3rd Category – reserved for vehicles built between 1976 and 1981.

The Rallye d’Antibes, running from May 15th to 18th, features a demanding and technical route that winds between the sea and mountains, making it one of the most iconic and challenging events on the EHRC calendar. This second appearance follows their season debut at Rally Costa Brava, further reinforcing the team’s commitment to the championship.

Their participation is part of a broader project focused on celebrating and preserving motorsport heritage, while competing at the highest level of European historic rallying.

The crew will receive strategic remote support from Simone Campedelli, who recently claimed a podium at the Targa Florio Rally. Campedelli, whose structure backs the Drive The Legend initiative, will lend his expertise and technical insight from afar, helping to optimize the team’s performance throughout the event.

With this entry, Drive The Legend continues its mission of combining passion, tradition, and performance in a series that has become a key reference point for historic rally enthusiasts across Europe.
